These terms govern your use of ManaBrain across web and mobile (including the offline-ready PWA). By using the service you agree to them.

Use of the Service

You must be 13+ (or minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to reverse engineer security.
Content you upload (card lists, decks) remains yours; you grant us a license to operate the service.

Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing and renewals are handled by the app stores or payment processors.
No refunds are provided beyond the policies of the processor/store unless required by law.
Failed payments may pause premium features until resolved.

AI & Recommendations

AI outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be error-free.
You remain responsible for gameplay legality; check official tournament rules.

Acceptable Use

No harassment, IP infringement, or unauthorized scraping of card data.
Security research is welcome through responsible disclosure (see security.txt).

Limitation of Liability

Service is provided “as-is” without warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
