Delete My Data

You can request deletion of your ManaBrain data at any time. Deletion covers personal identifiers, collection data, decks, and analytics linked to your account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email narpdevelopments@gmail.com from the account email.
  2. Include the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  3. We will verify ownership and process deletion within statutory timelines.

If your account is tied to Apple/Google login, use the same email to ensure we can verify ownership.

What gets deleted

  • Account identifiers (email, auth provider ID).
  • Decks, collection entries, preferences, and saved searches.
  • Analytics data linked to your user ID.

Certain records may be retained if required by law (e.g. fraud prevention, billing records) and will be minimized or anonymized.

Need an export first?

Request a data export before deletion and we will provide a machine readable file of your decks and collection where technically feasible.
